• Pool, Hot Tub and Outdoor BBQ: You'll get the key fob to access the community amenities • Parking: There’s one parking spot inside the garage, and one parking spot outside, so no need to worry about finding a spot. As per HOA's rules, the same car can't park outside for over 25 days, so please alternate the cars between the garage and outdoor parking spot • No parties, loud gatherings, or adult events allowed • Quiet hours: 10 PM to 8 AM • Only disclosed guests are allowed; home accommodates up to 8 • Pets are allowed for a $499 pet fee per stay. non-refundable. Undisclosed pets will incur a $1,000 charge per pet • Please clean up after your pet, especially when walking them outside • Use the provided pet blankets on furniture, and pets cannot be left unattended in the home. Let us know if you need a crate • No smoking/vaping inside the property. A $1,000 cleaning fee will be charged for violations • No mail deliveries (USPS, FedEx, UPS) • Lost items held for 5 days; $65 handling fee plus postage for return • Local Regulations: In compliance with local and HOA laws, please provide a copy of your driver’s license or passport prior to arrival, and the entire list of everyone in your group • Maintenance: While we regularly maintain the property, things may occasionally break. Any issues will be addressed within 24 hours, and are not grounds for refunds Please communicate with us right away if anything goes wrong, doesn’t work, or breaks, so we’re aware and can address it immediately. Please do not attempt to repair anything. Thanks! • By confirming your stay, you agree to our Guest Agreement and Safety Waiver covering the use of amenities (hot tub, pool, BBQ, etc.), house rules (no parties, quiet hours 10 PM–8 AM), and general safety All amenities are to be used at your own risk, and we ask that children and animals are always supervised.
