• Hot Tub: Always heated up to 102 degrees and ready to use free of charge as the courtesy provided by the host. Please note that it is not guaranteed, not included in the rates, and does not constitute grounds for a refund. Thank you for your understanding. Please keep the cover closed when not in use to maintain the temperature and keep out debris • No parties, loud gatherings, or adult events allowed • Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM • Only disclosed guests are permitted; the home accommodates up to 8 guests, with an option to add 2 more for $46 per night each • No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. A $1,000 cleaning fee will be charged for violations • No mail deliveries (USPS, FedEx, UPS) • Lost items will be held for 5 days; a $65 handling fee plus postage will apply for returns • Spa technician services the hot tub every week and will not enter the house • Gardeners will service the yard occasionally and will not enter the house • Guests must comply with Los Angeles County short-term rental rules and the host’s house rules • Street parking only. Please do not park on Lena Ave on Thursday mornings to avoid street sweeping fines. The host won’t reimburse the fines • Trash bins are on the side of the house. Our team will take them out to the curb and back on the trash day so you won't need to worry about it • Maintenance: While we regularly maintain the property, things may occasionally break. Any issues will be addressed within 24 hours, and are not grounds for refunds Please communicate with us right away if anything goes wrong, doesn’t work, or breaks, so we’re aware and can address it immediately. Please do not attempt to repair anything. Thanks! • By confirming your reservation, you agree to our Guest Agreement and Safety Waiver, which covers the use of amenities (hot tub, fire pit, BBQ, etc.), house rules (including no parties and quiet hours from 10 PM–8 AM), and general safety guidelines. All amenities are used at your own risk. For everyone’s safety, children and pets must be supervised at all times, and guests may not tamper with electrical, hot tub, or mechanical equipment. The homeowners and hosts are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or losses that may occur during your stay. Confirmation of your booking constitutes acceptance of these terms.
